API 602 Forged steel globe valves

API 602 forged steel globe valves size from 1/4″ to 4″ which are largely utilized in high temperature and high pressure services. These compact steel globe valves, generally used in petroleum and natural gas industries, can be made from alloy steel,forged carbon steel or forged stainless steel. End connection can be furnished as butt welded, flanged, socket welded. Due to the small sizes and quite low torque valve, API 602 forged steel globe valves are generally hand wheel operated. The bonnet types can be furnished as either welded bonnet, bolted bonnet and pressure seal bonnet. Outside yoke and screw, with rising stem, and regular/full ports are the conventional constructure of forged steel globe valves.
